Can I just buy the digitals?

I do not offer all digital packages for my portrait sessions,

however small digital files are included with your print purchase

that may be used for sharing on websites, social media

and for making small gift prints (up to 8x10).

I received a gift certificate from an awards banquet/silent auction/Enter to Win drawing/Cyber Monday Sale... can I use it to purchase the Early Bird Special or discounted gift cards?

Award certificates and other gift cards/certificates that a were part of another fundraiser or promotional offer cannot be combined with the Early Bird Special or $500 Pin Oak Gift Card discounts, however they MAY be used towards the "regular priced" Pin Oak Portrait Sessions. Because my time is limited at the show, a $300 non refundable deposit will be required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your session and product purchases.

I love your studio portraits!

Can I book this type of session at the show?

I am unable to offer sessions in my Equine Studio at the Pin Oak Charity Horse Show this year,

however I'll be happy to discuss other options including scheduling a session at your barn after the show.

Can you photograph any of my rides

or take behind-the-scenes candids outside the arenas?

Unfortunately, "private client" style photography coverage is not available at the

Pin Oak Charity Horse Show, or any other GSWEC event, at this time.

Does any portion of your proceeds benefit the

Pin Oak Charity Horse Show or Texas Children's Hospital?

Kristie Scholten Photography has been a generous supporter of the these charities, as well as a facility sponsor of the Great Southwest Equestrian Center for many years, although our donations have not been directly tied to any particular photo session or personal fundraising campaign.  This year we are donating $100 from each session taking place at the show, plus 100% of the proceeds from our gift card sales!

Last year, our silent auction items generated over $7300 for the Pin Oak Charity!  This year, we have donated a fabulous portrait package to the auction that includes a 25 image album, a 30x40 Museum Quality canvas (or framed metal print), PLUS $1000 credit for additional print products... a $10,000 value!  If you would love to support this wonderful cause while receiving the ultimate portrait experience, be sure to check out this spectacular auction item.

KRISTIE SCHOLTEN PHOTOGRAPHY ENCOURAGES ALL EXHIBITORS TO SUPPORT THE OFFICIAL SHOW PHOTOGRAPHER OF THE PIN OAK CHARITY HORSE SHOW AS WELL AS ANY FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS OFFERED BY OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS THAT BENEFIT TEXAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
